By accessing or using Imagine Bot Academy (“Imagine Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Imagine Bot provides AI-powered educational tools, including on-demand tutoring, lesson planning, exam and assignment generation, grading assistance, resume and career coaching, video courses, and related learning resources. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should use the platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or school. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may offer a free trial or promotional access. When a trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You agree to use Imagine Bot for lawful educational purposes only. You may not use the platform to cheat on assessments, generate harmful or discriminatory content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All platform content, branding, software, and course materials are owned by Imagine Bot Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or institutional educational purposes in accordance with your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using Imagine Bot. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any third-party materials.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Imagine Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” for educational assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses, grades, and recommendations may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for academic, medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Bot Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Imagine Bot Academy is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of that jurisdiction.
